Liminal Space
On the cusp of a new year
A Place of Potential
Liminal spaces are the most interesting to me. They are the transitional edges between what was and what is to be. The precipice of something new, but not quite there yet. A place of potential. As we stand on the cusp of 2025 and 2026, I am feeling grateful for this space. I started Your Interior Land in September, and it is gradually growing. Thank you for being here and for being a part of that. I’m here to help folks get better acquainted with and tend to their inner landscape. To make friends with their mind through meditation. Peace in this world begins with peace in each one of us.
Your attention is your most valuable currency. You literally pay with it because where you put your attention is where you put your energy, your life force. Meditation increases your response-ability to life. It also has very tangible physical benefits that are now being documented through research.
Gentle Steps Toward Gradual Shifts
As we move into 2026, I know we have some new subscribers, so I am including links to meditations I have posted that are meant to introduce you to meditation and to gradually develop your meditation muscles. In Your Interior Land, we take gentle steps toward gradual shifts. So in 2026, I will be continuing this progression. If you are a new subscriber, this is the perfect time to try these meditations, and if you have done them before, it’s the perfect time to review them in this liminal space of the turning of the year. Every meditation is downloadable so you can listen to it at your convenience.
Consistency compounds. It’s better to meditate for 10 minutes a day than for 10 minutes three times a week. I purposely keep these meditations short.
If you are new to meditation, welcome! We love beginners here. This is a place for soul-care. I would suggest doing the meditations in this order. Just click on each one to play them.
“Short and Sweet Smiling Meditation”
And if you would like to cultivate a sense of peace and stillness, try “Softening Into Stillness.”
I am using the quiet winter energy of January as a place to dream what’s coming up for Your Interior Land. I’ll still be posting meditations, but it may be a bit quiet until things begin to take shape. If you would like to learn how the mind can influence our creativity and help us play with possibility, you are invited to use this liminal space to check out my sister project pandounlimited.com and download my free mindfulness Starter Kit, Putting Down Roots: 9 Practices to Help You Make Friends with Your Mind. Wishing each one of you the gift of peace and bright blessings in this new year.
May your walls know joy, may every room hold laughter, and every window open to great possibility. ~Mary Anne Radmacher
